Afternoon Shake for Fitness and Training
A great way to build energy and get a few servings of vegetables in for the day.
This took me 9 minutes from opening the fridge door to drinking my shake.
1 Red Pepper – Remove stem and seeds
3 Kale leaves – Wash
1 Avacado – Remove Pit and scoop out flesh from the peel.
6 inches of cucumber peeled
1 – Green onion chopped
2 ripe tomatoes, cored and sliced.
1 tsp of coarse sea salt.
