    The harder I exercise, the better I feel. During this years physical exam, my Doctor asked me when I feel the best. The answer is easy, “when I’m working-out”. I told him that I don’t like to sit for very long. He told me to just keep doing what I’m doing. “Exercise is the fountain of youth”

      Excellent Michael. I always feel great during and after workouts with my clients and or fitness participants.
