USANA Accolades: A Well Rounded Company

As I write this, my dog is unendingly trying to get my attention.

Whether it’s by placing his face on my keyboard and deleting unsaved words, dropping his obnoxious Kong repeatedly on our hardwood floors, or expressing how upset with me he is by dramatically sighing over-and-over again as he lays down, he has no intentions of giving up.

Ever.

And he’s succeeding.

How can you resist this cute face?!

Well, just like my handsome pup, USANA continues to grab my attention day-in and day-out. Not because I work at the corporate office or because it’s part of my job to monitor media mentions, but because we are constantly doing amazing things and it’s hard to ignore them.

For example, over the past six weeks, we have earned more than 10 additional reputable accolades that highlight USANA as a company, its dedicated employees and the innovative marketing tools our creative, social media and marketing departments have spent countless hours putting together.

We take our jobs pretty serious at the home office and the hard work is obviously paying off, so let me break down our recent achievements.

 

 

Our Company

Earlier this fall USANA was named a Top 15 Revenue Growth Company by MountainWest Capital Network for the 8th consecutive year. This was determined by our dollar amount of revenue growth between 2007 and 2011, and placed us in the 13th position.

Thanks to our convenient on-site gym and organic Lean Café, USANA was also named one of the 44 Healthiest Companies to Work for by Greatist.com. Other reputable companies on the list included Nike and Google!

 

Our People

USANA’s Canadian Director of Operations, Gina Bresciani was honored with the prestigious Diamond Jubilee Award in October for her significant contributions to the growth and development of the direct-selling industry in Canada. She was one of only 35 people to receive the award, which was created to commemorate the 60thanniversary of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s accession to the throne as Queen of Canada.

USANA CEO, Dave Wentz, and Chief Operating Officer (COO), Roy Truett, were also recently highlighted for their dedication to the company by ExecRank.com.

Based on his ability to effectively lead USANA’s executive team to drive company wide improvements in efficiency and profitability, and for successfully executing key components of USANA’s long-term strategy plan, Dave was named a 2012 Top Small Cap CEO (#68).

Roy was named a top COO (#19) for his ability to execute operational efficiencies that improve profit margins and the company’s return on equity.

 

Our Work

The MarCom Awards is a creative and international competition for marketing and communication professionals involved in the concept, writing and design of print, visual, audio and web materials and programs. And for the first time since USANA unveiled its new corporate image, we earned seven awards for our improved look, voice and tools.
