Mid Day Workouts

To busy after work running errands and chauffeuring kids around?

Work shifts and need a mid day workout?

Come check out Body Camp @ IdolFit Studios.  105- 1979 Windsor Rd. Kelowna BC

Body Camp runs from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm Tuesdays and Thursdays so you can;

Arrive when you like,

Warm up,

Workout for however many minutes you have,

Cool down,

Stretch,

Shower and get back to your day.

Feel energized for the rest of your day.

But most importantly HAVE SOME FUN and STRESS RELIEF if needed.

Body Camp is a great bootcamp style workout that is suitable for any fitness level and lead by Certified Personal Trainer Gordon Palmer. Good for performance, strength, endurance, tone, weight loss, cardio fitness… this class has it all.
