Stir Fried Chicken and Vegetables in minutes
The Chicken was left over from the night before and the Gyoza was from the weekend food prep for the week.
Chop. Bock Choy, Carrots, Green Onions, Red Pepper, Chicken Breast
Stir fry in deep pan. Paul used a little coconut oil.
Boil Noodles until soft or slightly chewy.
If you want the sauce for the stir fry I can get Paul to post it.
Dinner is Ready. Paul had Gyoza dipping sauce he made as well.
