Today’s TRX HIIT home workout includes 10 specific exercises to help you burn fat and build muscle in just 35 minutes.
The way it works is there are 6 combinations of exercises. Each combination is 2 moves that you alternate back and forth between 4x. Then we rest and move on to the next set. What you need… TRX & Weights. The weights can be dumbbells, a kettlebell, or anything else that’s 10-20 pounds that you can lift over your head.
1. TRX Suspended Side Planks w/ Hip Raises
2. TRX Power Pulls
3. TRX Chest Press & TRX Plank
4. TRX T-Fly & Weighted Run
5. TRX MuscleUp & Weighted Lateral Squats w/ Shoulder Press
