Happy New Year everyone!
I would like to share my resolution for you should you choose to accept.
There is so much information thrown at us every day about what to eat, what not to eat, when to eat, when not to eat, how to exercise, when to exercise, how much to exercise……….and it goes on and on.
Anyway enough of that. We all know what I’m talking about.
My Resolution and promise to my clients, session participants and those of you who choose to become either of those in the future is…..
To try my best to make exercise interesting and a little more fun for all of us no matter what shape, size or fitness level you’re at.
To provide you with realistic, applicable information that will help you make better choices daily about your health and fitness.
To help everyone I can feel welcome and comfortable stepping into our fitness facilities and choosing to be a little healthier than they were yesterday.
To hold your hand when you need help navigating the ever changing world of diet and exercise.
To care enough to hold you accountable to your health goals and understand when life just doesn’t go the way you planned.
And most importantly to accept your kind and or nasty reminders about any of the above should I not heed my own words.
Thank you everyone who has participated in making this last year a pleasure to come to work every day. For the time spent sweating out the TRX BodyCamps, grinding out the last few repetitions in Group Training and most of all laughing like crazy at life, mishaps and ourselves.
You all help me be a better person and fitness professional. I truly feel grateful being in a position to help others live better lives through health and fitness.
