Healthy Recipe, Green Peach Smoothie
Chia
seeds are quickly becoming a popular superfood because they’re full of
vitamins and minerals, such as calcium, omega-3, fiber and protein. Add this
small seed to your diet in this tasty smoothie option. Gather these
ingredients:
- 2 peaches, cut and pitted
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup kale
- 1/2 cup baby spinach
- Ice.
Simply add all of your ingredients to your blender and turn to high. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy after a workout or for an afternoon snack.
