This six week program is designed for anyone wanting to break from their current routine and take on a new challenge. 6 Weeks, 2X per Week. $199 plus GST.
Learn exercises and movement execution for better mobility, increased strength, sport performance, weight management and living an active life, better.
Programming will vary between individual workout stations and or circuit training but will always include
Training for the Body, Brain and Mental Health.
We can work around most limitations, injuries or health challenges so no excuses.
