TRAINING TIPS

There are so many theories and ways to exercise it gets really confusing on how to start and what to do next. I train a wide variety of clients and use different training techniques depending on their goals. My primary focus is my clients health and helping them set realistic goals and then setting out a plan to accomplish them. One step at a time. Every human is different and requires an approach to health and fitness that suites them personally.
