Gift Giving in Strange Times

You may have to get a little more creative with how you give gifts for the next while.

One way is to order online and ship direct to that special someone. (like yourself)

With Gyms and other fitness studios down for the long haul you may want to consider a piece of multi use equipment or maybe an addition to an already stocked home gym. With the right equipment you’ll be ready to head back to the gym like you never missed a workout.

What to get the Fitness Nut or the Newbie.

If you know what they have or need then you can add to the inventory. But if you want to get something everyone can use from beginners or us more mature members of the population or the more experienced fitness keener. Take a look at The KO8 Functional Training System.

I recommend the KO8 because of it’s flexibility and portable versatility with resistance switching from body weight to banded resistance giving you a huge library of exercises to build workouts with. You can train anywhere you want with easy door or anchor mounting for at home, or outside by strapping it almost anywhere.

A special thank to my clients who had not used the KO8 at all or very little for being my test subjects in this demo. These are merely a few of the exercises possible with this very versatile piece of equipment.
