MY EXPERIENCE & OPINION..
I know, I know. Touchy subject but I feel strongly enough and have had enough experience to at least express my opinion and share the results I’ve seen in myself, my family and my clients. First of all I believe along with many of the world’s leading scientists that we need to supplement our diets with a high quality, pharmaceutical grade nutritional supplement. Here’s why I believe. Years ago I was an IT administrator for a large accounting firm. Computer Geek for short. It was a high stress job with long hours and lots of travel from office to office and client to client. I was eating poorly, overweight and aging much faster than I wanted to. To make a long story short I was introduced to supplements and a company that completely changed my life and career path.
If you would have told me then that a decade later I would have a successful health and wellness business I would have said you were out of your mind. Yet here I am at 55 living a really great life without much stress, in excellent shape, happy, healthy and financially comfortable. I love what I do and I am truly grateful that I can help others realize their health and wellness goals.
Why Supplement?
There is more and more scientific evidence supporting the need for supplementing our diets with a good nutritional product line. Even medical journals are revising the pages to reflect the support of nutritional supplements. You must begin with adopting a healthy base of nutrition through your diet then supplement to support any gaps in that base.

The production of food in factories, large scale farming along with harvesting, storage, transporting etc. has depleted the nutrient value of the foods we consume today.
#2 WE LIVE IN A MUCH MORE TOXIC WORLD THAN EVER BEFORE.
A. The Water we drink is not pure
B. Air we breathe is toxic
C. Soils can be toxic and nutrient depleted
D. We plaster ourselves with toxic potions and lotions to moisturize, protect us from sun damage, and keep us youthful looking. We use toxic chemicals to clean ourselves, clothes and houses. We use even worse chemicals to kill weeds and unwanted insects and rodents. These all end up in our bodies and who knows what damage they are really causing.
#3 WE FACE MORE MORE STRESSES IN A DAY THAN WE DID A COUPLE OF DECADES AGO.
Prolonged or chronic stress is one of the worst assaults on our body. Causing increased oxidative damage and weakening our immune system.
#4 WITH OUR BUSY LIVES WE DON’T…
…Grow our own food, cook our own meals, get enough sleep, relax enough, and get enough sun exposure or exercise.

SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL FARMERS AND ORGANIC SUPERMARKETS INSTEAD. MAKE SURE RAW VEGETABLES AND OR SALAD ARE A PART OF EVERY MEAL IF YOU CAN. EAT A VARIETY OF FOODS – IN SEASON IS BEST BUT TRY NEW THINGS WHENEVER YOU CAN & DRINK PLENTY OF CLEAN WATER.
EXERCISE
GET YOUR HEART RATE UP A LITTLE EVERY DAY & DO SOME RESISTANCE EXERCISE OR ACTIVITY AT LEAST 3-4 X A WEEK. TRULY, THE KEY TO HEALTH IS TO REMAIN AS ACTIVE AS YOU CAN, ALL DAY LONG, BUT THAT DOESN’T MEAN YOU TRAIN LIKE AN ATHLETE FOR HOURS A DAY. IT SIMPLY MEANS, WHENEVER YOU HAVE THE CHANCE TO MOVE AND STRETCH YOUR BODY IN THE COURSE OF GOING ABOUT YOUR DAY – DO IT!
MANAGE YOUR STRESS
DO WHATEVER YOU CAN TO RELAX & RELEASE THE STRESSES OF THE DAY. EXERCISE, DEEP BREATHING, TAI CHI, YOGA, MEDITATION, GO FOR A NICE WALK, ENGAGE IN LAUGHTER ETC.
